    HISTORY OF MOUSEOVER:

    Circa 1995 JavaScript: object.onmouseover = function(){myScript};
    Circa 1997 HTML4: <element onmouseover="myScript">
    Circa 1997 CSS1: : hover { css declarations; }
    Circa 2013 Invision: Hover supported in Build mode

    Other competitors that support hover:
    Atomic using components, pages, and actions
    UXPin using a similar structure as Atomic
    JustInMind, similar to UXPin

    I'm enjoying the 2D transforms and especially the Conversational UI in the latest releases, they make XD standout, but PLEASE listen to the other 584 comments and make this a priority.

    INVISION has supported Hover, Anchor, and External URLs since 2013!!!!!!!

    LISTEN OR LOSE YOUR USER BASE!!!

    I work for the largest consultancy firm (i.e. $100B). We cannot migrate to XD until interactive PDF (clicks preserved) is supported because of the reasons stated below, primarily due to security and offline viewing. All our clients are Fortune 50 (not 500). Adobe is missing out on a lot of business and marketshare that Balsamiq possesses until this feature is available.

    Just to clarify how it works currently – artboards in the PDF are currently listed based on looking at your artboard layout on XD’s canvas in “reading order." The PDF page order will start with artboards in the topmost row left to right, then move on to the next row of artboards below that (starting with the leftmost artboard again), etc.

    Upon triggering this action, it could pull up an interstitial page that allows a user to drag/adjust the sorting order based on top/bottom default. This would allow users to adjust pages from the default order, then export. This would be a fantastic feature.

    Note: there’s a limited version of this feature already available. If you select an existing piece of text and then leave it selected while you use the Text tool to create new text, its style will match the piece of text you had selected.
