Hi, here is a video of me recreating the bug.
I'm using the latest update as evident by the 'mark for export' section in properties panel

You can see glimpse of dark mode in their youtube video "Designing Adobe XD - Episode 38" at 38:05
I really hope that means they are working on it and will release soon (next couple of months)
Adobe keeps saying that this doesn't seem like an important feature to them because they would rather focus on a more functional feature. but when im using Adobe XD about 6 hours a day throughout the whole week, it does damage your eyes when everything is too bright and white,
please Adobe, I know you are better than this, you know damn well designers prefer dark mode, and that it is the trend now due to it being an accessibility feature for busy nights. anyway, hope you reflect on the error of your ways
hopefully one day the deaf gods will answer our prayers
for the light they shine upon us has blinded us for so long
im really crossing my fingers that they showcase dark mode during adobe max, that would be rad
please adobe, think of it as an accessibility feature
If they don't release or announce it close to Mac OS Mojave's release.
then I will truly know Adobe XD just don't care
I have Photophobia, and too much light causes headaches and strain on my eyes.
with Mac OS Mojahve providing a dark Mode sometime this year,
I don't want Adobe XD to be the only light interfaced software I use.
even Sketch have announced they will support Dark UI by the release time of Mojave
Please Adobe XD Team, I beg you, I know for a fact that Adobe Spectrum support this as evident by Adobe Dimension's option for Dark UI.
You can put the option in menubar's 'View' submenu like Adobe Acrobat,
you do not necessarily have to put in preferences for now
Considering this option is already available in 'Adobe Dimensions' which more or less shares the same aesthetic as XD, all you gotta do is ask them nicely to share their assets.
Please, this will both help reduce strain on user eyes and also decrease battery consumption.
I beg you

There’s a tradeoff between pixel snapping vs. preserving the layout relationship among the multiple items being resized, especially when resizing items that are fairly small. So we don’t pixel-snap groups and multiple selections by default when resizing.
As a workaround, you can apply Object > Align to Pixel Grid after you’re done resizing.
Can it at least work with properly when we are resizing responsively a group that constraints have been applied to, as it is very bad when i resize a simple button only to have it include fractions
Yeah , the workaround seems to do the job
If we can have a keyboard shortcut for that, that will make it a bit less painful
before you hit me with the 'NOT-A-BUG-AS-DESIGNED', hear me out.
Currently when resizing groups responsively, especially from left side, both size and positions starts showing decimal values and that destroys the layout's spacing. Which means i have to go back and set the values to remove decimals
I know its 'NOT-A-BUG-AS-DESIGNED' but it shouldn't as it renders the feature not as useful. I still resort to resizing each element in groups individually most of the time just to avoid decimals.
so can we please have an option to disable decimals on groups, and just keep it to paths only
Hi Adobe, Please add an option to color picker popup, so that when gradient is selected, we can flip the colors. perhaps next the gradient dropdown

The option to 'Include all artboards in design specs link' would be really helpful, as I often want to include a lot of artboards to developers that shouldn't be in the prototype
Copying artboards from design mode and pasting them removes link wires,
but it moves artboards to new position & creates problems due to stuff i leave on pasteboard
My sincere apologies for the delayed reply. I see the same thing on my end. I’ve filed a bug for the team to review.
While XD doesn’t yet have this feature to save gradients in the color picker popup’s swatches, you do have several other options today:
- Store gradients in the Assets panel swatches: open the Assets panel on the left side (View > Assets), and click the “+” next to Colors. Then select any other object and click the gradient swatch to apply it to that object.
- Copy gradient fills between objects: use regular Copy on the source object, then select the destination object and choose Paste Appearance.
- Storing gradients in assets panel would be great, except it doesn't respect the angle of the gradient when applying it to other shapes. (which is a bug on it's own, and problematic if your design has a lot of angled gradients)
- Paste Appearance is alright, but sometimes it pastes more stuff like rounded corners, borders, shadows and other effects when I don't want to, and just want the fill gradient.
but regardless of the workaround, it is inexcusable that XD still can't save gradients in color picker popup which is an extremely basic and simple feature, and to be expected of any design software even in its pre-release stages.

for blending options, please vote for it on this link
It sounds like you were able to remove the plug-in? If so, are you able to work in XD now?
Hi, yeah. I didn't remove the plugin as I have seen it work multiple times.
but I was able to work on the file after launching XD again
now i just save the file and make sure i'm online before using the plugin
Despite many of the menu items being disabled such as close, and save. I could access 'Manage Plugins' and Force quit did close the window.

We have a story to fix this and give a preview of an artboard for this view.

basically 'On-Scroll' trigger for animation

To be honest, the prototype menu looks ugly AF now,
1. too many dropdowns and different field sizes make it look like a bad form page
2. too hard to scan for what you are looking for with lack of icons and weird choices
3. huge margins on the side.
Hope they redesign it soon

that would be rad, no way to do this currently without 10 artboards and time transition/auto animate

I feel like they have it this way to encourage people to use shared prototype link more,
but this is one is really annoying and the whole export menu needs to be redesigned from scratch

the whole export menu is wack in adobe xd, it needs to be redesigned from scratch
yeah this is annoying as f***. and its all because of adobe's stubborness to not add 'Preferences'
We’re actively working on this. Stay tuned for more updates.
If you’d like to contribute to our thinking and help shape this feature, please write to me at hnarayan(at)adobe(dot)com
please add inner shadow and spread to drop shadow before you start exporting wrong code
