(Win10) Can't open the CC library panel, get prompted to reinstall XD
I'm getting this message each time I try to open the CC panel in XD on my desktop computer. I uninstalled XD, rebooted the computer, reinstalled XD but still the same issue. However it works fine on my laptop computer. Both computers run Win10 64b, but the desktop one has more programs installed (not just Adobe programs), so I suppose something gets in the way. The CC library works fine in any other Adobe program.
