Can't share design/prototype link - Error 69:-1
XD Version 220.127.116.11 (Starter)
Windows 10 Home, Version 1803
After I click "Create Link", the process completes 100% but then I get the error message - see attached.
If your suggestion is to check the proxy settings, please detail how exactly this is done.
Test file has been shared with team. This post will be updated as soon as investigation is done.

I have already read the KB page. Not sure if it might be a proxy server issue ("Issues with publishing using a proxy server") - if it is, you have to explain what I need to do exactly as the instructions on the link are not clear.

I tried what you suggested, but it didn't work. I am using the desktop app by the way.

Thanks for your report. Can you try the following workaround?
1. Log out from Creative Cloud App
2. Close the XD
3. Log-in back on CC app then XD
4. Try to publish "Share for Review" and "Share for Development" then see if the reported error still occur
