Adobe XD crashes
After latest update (v. 21) the program fails to start. I can only see an initial white screen, and then it shuts down.

Hi,I've got the same issue as the original poster. So far I've tried to restart my laptop, open Adobe XD through the Creative Cloud App and through the programs list, but no luck. It starts to open with the initial white window, and then crashes. I can't seem to attach neither .dmp files nor .zip files here, so I'll be sending the crash report to your mail, Abhishek. Here's my OS version at least: OS: Win 10 (Version 1809, build 17763.615)
Edit: I think I found a way to open Adobe XD without it crashing:
Open task manager -> end all adobe processes -> Open Adobe XD.
For some reason it's not enough to restart my laptop, but it works when I manually end any Adobe processes that's running. Hopefully this might help lead to a solution for the problem. And in the meanwhile I'll be happy that I can actually open Adobe XD :)
Edit 2: Ok, something is weird with your comment editor. On my screen everything I've written is duplicated?

Thank you for posting the issue.
Please share the following details so we can look into that.
1. OS version. For windows (Ctrl + R and then type winver and hit enter, please share those details).
2. Crash Dump.
To get the crash dump for windows you can set registry as per following link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/wer/collecting-user-mode-dumps
