Text properties do not always transfer properly between iOS and Windows
Send XD file that uses different font weights from a typekit font (Museo family in my case) OR have the font installed locally, between an iOS computer and Windows computer.
Expected there to be no text property issues when sharing an XD file.
Instead, some text properties are not transferred properly, meaning certain font weights do not always display the font weight that the text is supposed to be.
i.e. The font weight of the text might have been saved as Museo Sans 700, but after the file is saved on an iOS computer and sent to another computer that is Windows, that same bit of text might be displayed as Museo Sans 300, even though a font weight of 700 is selected. In other words, the font weights are not loading properly when the document is opened on a different operating system.
@Alexander: Can you share more details? Which fonts are you seeing this with? What version of XD + iOS? Are you seeing the problem when previewing in XD mobile app or mobile browser – and if browser, which one?

The entire Museo Font family has this issue, i'm on windows 10 my colleague is using IOS. We're both using the latest version of XD. This issue has been a problem for a long time and I had created a bug case with your customer support agents, who only came back and told me that you where aware of the issue but had no time-schedule as to when it would be fixed. (Case number: ADB-6512214-Z9S8)
The problem isn't from a browser the problem is in XD, when ever you open a file in XD, on a Windows or Mac, that has originally been created on a different operating system. All of the Museo Fonts are incorrect.
We both have installed Museo font via Typekit, both have tried to re-install it several times.
Connor explains it pretty well in his original post, dating back 1 year now.

This issue still exists and both the Windows and Mac is using Typekit

We had this problem with Gotham, but found that installing from the same base font file fixed the issue (same publisher and version, etc.). So, figure out which fonts you prefer as the source and then install that on the other machine. Haven't experienced this in other Adobe apps, but it make sense as to why there is a problem.
