June 2018 release: "Unknown error. Please try again later" and missing artboards in shared prototypes
This issue has a number of symptoms:
* After updating to the June 2018 release, the update prototype progress freezes at 50% complete. No amount of restarting or resaving files has solved this...
* When viewing a shared prototype only the message "Unknown error. Please try again later." is shown
* When viewing a shared prototype some artboards are missing and just show grey
The white screens usually indicate WebGL is disabled. Not sure if you’ve seen our help page for troubleshooting this, https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-view-web-prototypes.html
If you’re still seeing problems loading prototypes, would you mind terribly opening a new report? I want to make sure we’re tracking the problem you’re seeing which may be different from the one reported in this post.

Still got Unknown error. Please try again later.
Oh come on, I have to create ANOTHER prototype link again every single time I got this error right, really annoying and affect my job now

Hi Guys, XD is still showing white screens only. Any suggestions??
Hi Nina - I am still experiencing this problem. A new test file seems to work ok but my existing files will not publish to updated or new link or private link.
Prototype not working after new update in preview mode.
I'm really pissed-off because I have a presentation with a client with comments today. Now I must create a new link to see the change in my prototype and make the comments again. Please do something.
Why, when I update my prototype I didn't any change in the link ?
Wenn ich mein online teilen möchte erscheint immer dieses Fenster.
Adobe XD 188.8.131.52
Ok fixed, but I always see the navigation now beneath my project. This was not the case in the previous XD version. Can we turn this off somehow?

Thanks for fixing so quickly! What was the issue?
I too have the same issue. One thing to note: I updated my XD but never opened my existing projects or updated links. I went directly to the tiny URLs i bookmarked from the past to go to review my client's feedback from the day before. The URLs weren't rendering correctly anyways. I then opened my XD, tried to update the links and then open in browser same thing, all broken. I then resaved a project with a new name, made a new public password protected link and tried to publish... it appeared that it got to 75% and hung and then stopped, with no green feedback checkmark to let me know if it was successful or not. I then tried opening in browser and after putting in the correct password got the "Unknown Error. Try again later." and browser console says sever error 404.
I have 4 projects that are shared with clients.
Yesterday all were working fine and clients added feedback to the screens.
This morning I updated my XD to the latest June version: 184.108.40.206, Creative Cloud Sync 220.127.116.11 — Now my existing prototypes in browser don't work correctly:
1. Some screens in 1 project show up blank, not rendering any GUI or displaying hint targets
2. Some screens in another project render blank same as the first; however, clickable targets are displayed with hint, but no GUI
3. Some screens that do render GUI have no hit targets, transitions, or clickable hint
4. Some screens have GUI, have hit and clickable targets, have hint displaying, but do not transition as they are supposed to. For example, one art-board is supposed to transition slide left, ease-in-out with default .4s. In XD's preview mode everything is preserved and works as it is supposed to. In browser, the artboard that does render everything defaults to a very slow 1s fade transition.
Upon discovering this, I have tried opening the XD project and updating the link, but still the problem persists. I have tried resaving the project with a new name and creating a new public prototype link with a password as this is how my prototypes were set-up for the clients.
Now, after updating the new project and new link, and then clicking the "Open in browser" button from the app, I get the password screen, I enter the correct password, and I'm displayed "Unknown error. Please try again later" See attached.
I have 89 screens in my XD doc. There are no interactions; prototyping is not used at all in the doc. Publish design specs works and uploads 100%(At least that's what it says in XD).
It should obviously show all the artboards you upload.
In the browser it only shows about half of the artboards. Some of the successfully uploaded artboards I select, in order to view the design specs of that specific artboard, do not display the "STYLES" on the right-hand side. Other artboards I select that do not successfully upload do show the "STYLES". I checked to make sure I had no artboards linked in prototyping, and I even tried copying everything into new a new document and then reuploading, updating XD, restarting XD, and restarting my computer(Macbook Pro, Mid 2015, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5).
I solved this issue by separating my artboards up into smaller batches and putting them in separate documents. This is a really big problem for my company and I as I was not expecting there to be a limitation on the number of artboards that can be uploaded, and keeping screens for a projected consolidated to one document is a big selling point for my use of Adobe XD.
Looking forward to your team's thoughts and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to convey this issue better.

When I create a design spec link to share, some of the content doesn't show up on the artboards.
Same issue here. I just updated to XD 18.104.22.168 this morning and am no longer able to view any published prototypes. I've even removed the password on the files to see if I can open them, but no.
My developers are all complaining because they no longer have access to the prototypes and specs (those are not working either).

...and if duration input is empty transitions doesn't work.
Hi - the problem is connected with Duration input. Now randomly is empty, before always was set on default value 0,4.
Currently we can oly set 1s, other values are unavaible for clicking. Its the same bug as somebody said before me. Version Xd - latest. System Mac OS X, computer iMac.

Super excited of having the option to set some elements as Fixed Position. However, the first and only time I tried it it completely destroyed my prototype link. I tried removing all the Fixed Position elements created, but the link remained broken.
At first only some screens would show up and others would just show blank. Now I won't even see the XD interface I just get a message like the attached.
I could go ahead and create a new link and see if that works, but that doesn't solve my problem. The broken link I had included comments from my client, so is utterly important for me to access to that prototype right away.
Please I would appreciate some immediate assistance.

Thanks for the help Nina.
You did what you want, but it does not work.
