Isn't the "charter" and purpose of XD to help designers do stunning things on the fly without having to be programmers? Get the visualized concept in front of the client as fast and beautifully realistic as possible? The numeric/bulleted list feature is likely a dealbreaker for most as it takes much time to re-create a shape into a list and then try and position placeholder copy next to it. Yikes Adobe, this is a no-brainer in prototyping!
Please make bullets and numeric listing a priority. Yes, this is not a content testing platform, we get it, however, the time factor to create visually appealing prototypes for clients with bullets or numbers, is a terrible oversight! The purpose of XD is to develop visual prototypes on the fly and to go from prototype concept to web/app in t-minus-zero!
Continue the great work, but please, this should be a priority!

Seems pretty basic of a request. XD is about speeding up design correct?

Seriously, There are no bulleted lists in XD. Please make this available to us and please redo the entire text control panel like Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. This is one huge feature that makes me not use XD and turn to other programs.

You can create any shape you want and repeat grid vertically to create a bulleted list. Adjust spacing to match type leading.

List elements are an essential part of the design process, why is this still not implemented? The Sketch app had this as basic standard practice. Not convinced this has enough improvements to convert.

Don't hold your breath, you'll turn blue. In my experience, Adobe is woefully tone-deaf to customer requests for some of the most basic features: it took them YEARS to add linked endnotes to InDesign--a fundamental function, especially for ebook creation--despite endless requests for the feature from customers.

You can use a Adobe XD plugin called 'Bullet' for both round and square shapes.

Trying to add bullet points into XD appears to be omitted as it can be done in other Adobe products
