The XD's evolution is too slow. 2 years that we requesting it and nothing... bugs and more bugs for Windows and nothing evolves... :(

The engineering team I work with is comfortable and used to opening up XD files and looking at my designs; however, it’s up to me to clearly label production level / exploratory / archived designs within the file. I take a good chunk of time to reorganize all my artboards with section titles (since I can’t move artboards & copy simultaneously) every time I hand off to eng.

If I had the ability to use pages, I could name those pages and easily move artboards, and the team wouldn’t see all of my artboards in one place and possibly get confused.

The only other way to handle this is to duplicate the XD file and “clean it up” before sending it to eng, but we all know that designs tend to evolve even after being handed off so we’ll end up with weird duplicates and outdated designs quickly.

When it comes to pages and layers organizing, Sketch has it going on. I happen to like being able to have a page that has multiple artboards on it, then another page with a different set of multiple art boards. It allows me to organize my designs. For example, I like to be able to put today's designs on one page, then concepts 1 on another, 2 on another, 3 on another, etc...

I also want to be able to have one big xd file that has multiple pages... each page representing a section of my app.

Pages, man! Pages!!! This is why I've been choosing Sketch over XD. I have both, but because of Pages I prefer sketch!

It would be great to switch between notes/wireframes area to a high fidelity canavs!
- I would expend the prototype page to respect whatever "Canvas" (or Page) you are currently on
- Would need to think through how the new design specs interacts with this added canvas layer

As someone else mentioned the ability to page up / page down to view pages in this panel would be amazing.

One of the main reasons I am still on fw is the pages panel. Working with 50-100+ pg flows with artboards is not fun. It would be very helpful to have a pages panel option as well as the artboards. Would make for faster ongoing edits.

My use case for collections of artboards is I collect inspiration and other things that can inform my designs on a separate, let's call it a "page." Then, for each of my iterations, I keep that specific collection of artboards on their own page in case I need to grab a widget I already created, or to remember the rationale for why we went a certain design direction. Having everything on one file is super helpful.

This is especially necessary if Adobe XD does not support an infinite canvas once an artboard is created. (which should also happen).

I'm on a project right now - and I'm working on a large set of artboards that are not related.

Example: Mobile Screen designs and a Style Guide (artboard) with reference UI elements.

This is an important feature for workflow improvement.

This is a really important feature for us, we quickly lose overview without this. Of course only the active page should use cache/memory and not all pages in the file...
