Customer Journey map
Since it's an UX design app, why not add a customer journey map tab? UX designers could start from it, designing the user experience, defining channels, touchpoints, personas, actions and feelings... and then going deeper into visual designs and prorotypes.

It's a need.

Another note: We don't necessarily need the interactivity of Overflow.io, just the ability to see visual indicators and notes added to the artboard. While the interactivity is very nice, it's not a "need to have". Thanks!

Bumping this because the previous thread was marked "feature complete", but many would still like additional features.
Idea for implementation: Add another special "layer" on top of the artboard where users can add any notes, arrows, diagrams, etc. which would ALSO export to Design Specs. Maybe this could be a layer that can be turned on or off via the web browser interface as needed. That way any visual indicators or notes could be toggled on and off on the web version as we're collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Overflow.io does much of this very well, but it would be great to do all of this in the same app and workflow, as I often add explanatory notes to the artboard that explain why a flow works the way it does at decision points.
This is NOT just a tool for handoff to engineering... it's very much a design iteration tool to gather feedback about the UX during the design phase with a product team.
Having this functionality and being able to collaborate by commenting on the web (and pinning comments to specific parts of the design, like you have now) would remove the need for additional collaboration tools and make XD a one-stop-shop for the whole UX process!

Create a full view of the customer journey, showing all links between screens with multiple scenarios - similar to https://overflow.io/, with a function to be able to export/share this with stakeholders for commentary/review.
Design specs, is nearly there with this but doesn't allow you to see all the interaction points unless hovering on a particular screen. The inclusion of logic would be a great benefit.

So far XD is only a UI Tool, to be a complete "X" Tool needs to add features like the ones recueste here, "Whiteboard" (Some tool around do a decent job), "Personas", "FlowCharts" and so on. Make a complete UX Tool because so far only some web apps may have something usable.

I really embrace the idea! It will help keeping the ideation and ux design at one place while providing a overview of how an idea unfolds. Heads up!

I really digg this idea. How awsome would it be to be able to view a Flowchart from the screens that are connected. That way all Stakeholders including dev can check all the steps.

It is an exceptional idea! the customer journey is the tool that consolidates the best user experience for the teams. If XD implements this functionality at some point, you have the potential to love all designers ux

Personally I think this could be a great idea for the UX Research and Analysis Phase of the UX Wheel. However, I also think that this should be a separate app the can be joined with Adobe XD at a later point in time if the UX Community feels it is necessary. This is just my opinion. It would be interesting to see other peoples views on this as well.
