Basic Text Transform: all caps, all lowercase
Add basic text transform like there is in Illustrator to make it easier and faster for developers to code your designs. Our developers have to waist time retyping text for layouts that have already been designed. At least basic uppercase and lowercase.
Hi everyone,
I’m glad to announce that the text uppercase, lowercase and title case transformations are now available with the XD 19 release.
Pro Tip: You can apply the transformations to characters styles and make global updates across the document.

Enjoy and let us know your feedback!

No... Type tones of text manually

Without basic features like these Adobe XD should be called Pre Alpha.

I've literally been using Adobe XD for like 10 minutes and have already come across a use for this. I'm pretty shocked to find that a post like this has been around for 2 years. Wow. This feature is definitely a must!

Two years of review must be enough to make this important feature be real?!

It's a big big oversight! I did want to use Xd for my web layout but it's not possible yet...

Being a designer means working in a constant back and forth mode and that includes, amongst many other things, playing with type settings. Uppercase/Lowercase settings aren't a new invention, they are a necessity.
We shouldn't even have to ask (or should I say: beg) for such a feature, come on! I'm paying for this cr**! -

2018 and still waiting for this feature.

This is the biggest problem of Adobe XD: Something so unbelievable basic like text transforms is UNDER REVIEW for alsmost 2 f**ing years. Are you kidding?

Please add this, it's been nearly two years and nearly every other Adobe design software has this feature and its a PITA not having it in XD.

Hello the Adobe XD Team,
Thank you for your incredible work.
there are 3 little things that are really penalizing in everyday life:
- not being able to put the text in capital
- not being able to put padding in a block text
- that the imported images do not update automaticallyThank You !

You don't think about it until you needed to use it, then copy paste in other programs or on web to do that same simple thing like (Title case, Lower case, Upper case, Swap case...)
