Basic Text Transform: all caps, all lowercase
Add basic text transform like there is in Illustrator to make it easier and faster for developers to code your designs. Our developers have to waist time retyping text for layouts that have already been designed. At least basic uppercase and lowercase.
Hi everyone,
I’m glad to announce that the text uppercase, lowercase and title case transformations are now available with the XD 19 release.
Pro Tip: You can apply the transformations to characters styles and make global updates across the document.

Enjoy and let us know your feedback!
Best,
Dan

the TT phtoshop button is what we need. Plus it act like the CSS style, forcing the uppercase -

Make it like in Photoshop. Like a button TT that if a text in a box is letters: "Word word word" it will show as "WORD WORD WORD".

XD is a very poor product. Like an intern project.

I'm being yelled at by my boss to switch to Sketch because Adobe XD is not capable of competing with them.

With the next update please… :) The current plugin "Change Case" is not working cool in combination with design specs for developers! :(

I'd like a button that allows me to change the case of a title / sentance from lowercase to uppercase and vice versa. Similar to the option available in Illustrator and InDesign.
This would allow me to quickly change the format and style of the text I use on prototype designs for web and apps. It would also save a lot of time as currently everything has to be re-typed in the preffered format.

To UpperCase = HOLD (Shift + F3)
To LowerCase = HOLD (Shift + Alt + F3)
To Capitalise = HOLD (LowerCase) TWICEHope it helps you all :)

For those who need this feature ASAP as it's just pain to do things in UpperCase till this feature gets implemented which might take Adobe quite some time, so up until then I would suggest using this method that I pretty much use it in every software, not only it's easier but also quicker to transform texts to however I like without needing to clicking a single button...
My simple solution for you all is to (simply highlight the desired text and hold Shift + F3) and this would do the trick!

Very essential and its sad this basic feature isn't there yet, considering I generally love Adobe XD.
To people mentioning the plug-ins: Thank you for informing us, but please don't encourage the usage as a absolute replacement. In my opinion plug-ins should add nice-to-have features, not stand in for filling in a feature that is basic and common in most layout applications, including nearly all Adobe apps.
