Fixed elements in scrolling artboards (header, nav bar, etc.)
Since you already started with scrollable area inside artboard, it would be awesome if we could define sticky header. For example, one page website has a lot of content, but I want to create sticky header so when I scroll down, it stays at the top. Maybe you could add the option so we can define the group and assign the sticky header option to it. That way on any artboard we can just assign that option to it and that's it.
Fixed elements are finally here!! We’re incredibly excited to announce that you can select any top-level element in your artboard and click “Fixed Position” to fix your element anywhere in the viewport.

Hrmmmm yeah the lack of being able to create fixed elements is causing me to use a different program...

Adobe team. Can I point out that this this and the scrolling sections request are almost a year old now! Please get this across the line.

I also need this feature. I think the Scrolling feature does not work without fxing a header or tabs at the bottom of a Screen.
In my user case I'm having a Screen with a toolbar at the top and tabs at the bottom. The Content of the Screen contains a list with events. These Events should be scrollable, but the toolbar and the tabs should be fixed. -

Yet another update release without this feature... one would think that after the Flash catastrophe you would come to your senses and realize the priority designers have over managers, but no - you havn't
You suck! there is no other way to put it.
Back to inVision and sketch. all you tried to do is copy it anyway and this flow is way more suited for designers. XD is not a prototyping tool without this feature yet you sit there and disregard feedback by your users.

My hope is that this is taking so long to implement because it will be incredibly robust.
Here are my expectations:
- The ability to fix any element in place on a scrolling screen *and* keep that property across selected screens
- OR the ability to group objects into scroll groupsI've been comparing prototyping software because I can't stand the layout/limited capabilities of Invision, and since my design team has the cc suite, XD seemed like a no brainer. I hadn't even considered that the software wouldn't have the capability to at least make fixed headers. The usability of XD is great and fast, but it's really lacking in basic features.
