Fixed elements in scrolling artboards (header, nav bar, etc.)
Since you already started with scrollable area inside artboard, it would be awesome if we could define sticky header. For example, one page website has a lot of content, but I want to create sticky header so when I scroll down, it stays at the top. Maybe you could add the option so we can define the group and assign the sticky header option to it. That way on any artboard we can just assign that option to it and that's it.
Fixed elements are finally here!! We’re incredibly excited to announce that you can select any top-level element in your artboard and click “Fixed Position” to fix your element anywhere in the viewport.

It has been a year and the issue is not fixed yet :( Many other tools like invision have implemented it ....

Is it possible to make an element sticky? I can't seem to find any more information on this...

There are particularly many voices in hope of this "sticky function "in a request of the function addition.
It should know adobe, too.
Is implementation so difficult?
Though invision and many tools are the functions that have been implemented … . -

Has the ability to have 'sticky' element been added to XD yet do you know please?
- If yes, how do I do it?

Able to assign objects in artboard to be stationary. So you can keep the object locked in place if you had added the extension to scroll down. Uses would be for the top header, Ad Placements, support icons, and etc.
Also would like to see the option in the prototype that will take selected stationary objects linked with next artboard stationary object. Have a option to have no transition effect. The rest of the artboard will move with the transition, but the stationary object will stay stationary. I am sure there is plenty out there that would like this implemented right away.
Thank you -

It would be great if this feature could finally find its way into one of the next betas. That and paragraph / character styles. Please?

What is happening here? Almost a year ago this was discussed as being added. This dev couldn't possibly be this strenuous...

Crucially missing this feature. And all the latest updates are ignoring it..

Was hoping this would be addressed in the latest update. Without this sticky function, it's like illustrator without the pen tool.

Still waiting on this! Painfully missing from XD!

I'm finding more and more difficult to use XD with such limited features! I barely use it for anything and now this basic feature is missing. It's a shame I have to think of using Invision for just prototyping now!

A year later and no update on this obvious and essential prototyping feature? Looks like I'll be moving onto a competitor..
