Fixed elements in scrolling artboards (header, nav bar, etc.)
Since you already started with scrollable area inside artboard, it would be awesome if we could define sticky header. For example, one page website has a lot of content, but I want to create sticky header so when I scroll down, it stays at the top. Maybe you could add the option so we can define the group and assign the sticky header option to it. That way on any artboard we can just assign that option to it and that's it.
Fixed elements are finally here!! We’re incredibly excited to announce that you can select any top-level element in your artboard and click “Fixed Position” to fix your element anywhere in the viewport.

With every update I look for this feature. But since this request was started, I was disappointed each time.
Nice that it finally is started now.BTW "updates or versions" - To call a new version for each small feature (like underlines) is almost ridiculous. Is this going to be a catch-up against Sketch? ;-)
In my opinion, there should be only a full version jump, if the most requested feature here is included for both variants (Apple and Microsoft). -

I am so mad with this new 22 jan update, this request is not yet in XD. Don't you know how to make incremental updates? give us the most basic fixed element functionality at least! This is absurd.

Seriously doubting if Adobe even reads this stuff. Absurd how this January 22 update didn't include this simple feature that should've been integrated a long time ago.

Why this feature not yet is implemented is astonishing to say the least. A conspiracy theorist would begin to think that it's up in the strategic board. Maybe Adobe have a deal with Invision, Marvel, Justinmind, etc. because these smaller companies will die if gigant Adobe will have this feature in XD. :-)

When is the last time you used a mobile app where the entire screen scrolled? The current scrolling support stop gap implementation should never have been developed - it's worse than useless. Navigation controllers have fixed headers. Toolbars are fixed footers. Hell, if you use the iPhone templates Adobe provides, there are status bar templates. Have you ever seen the status bar scroll? Of course not, so what is the value of the entire artboard scrolling?!
