Fixed elements in scrolling artboards (header, nav bar, etc.)
Since you already started with scrollable area inside artboard, it would be awesome if we could define sticky header. For example, one page website has a lot of content, but I want to create sticky header so when I scroll down, it stays at the top. Maybe you could add the option so we can define the group and assign the sticky header option to it. That way on any artboard we can just assign that option to it and that's it.
Fixed elements are finally here!! We’re incredibly excited to announce that you can select any top-level element in your artboard and click “Fixed Position” to fix your element anywhere in the viewport.

Can't believe so simple isn't available, XD simply isn't ready for mainstream design workflow. Too many shortcomings to use this for anything serious.

So I have been trying to pin my navigation bar to the bottom, I noticed that they had it earlier. What is going on ?? When will the PIN feature be fixed?? When will the XD team add this feature back or final??

I am currently teaching Adobe XD to new UX design students. Regretfully, I cannot recommend a tool that does not have basic capabilities such as fixed elements. It seems like the technology used in the preview window is very basic, (a web window) which is likely why there hasn't been an update on this. Please advise as to when we can expect an update.
