Hi All! Check out today's update of XD. It is version 47 and includes the ability to make any object a hyperlink. To use hyperlinks:


1. Go to Prototype mode

2. Select an object and add an interaction.

3. Choose a trigger like Tap.

4. Choose the action Hyperlink.

5. Add a destination URL.

    This is quite a basic function. Imagine Premiere without a slice tool or Photoshop without the fill.

    4 Years as a request? This is like probably THE easiest thing to add. Use a URL box with an option called "External URL" in the properties panel, similar to speech synthesis.

    Really Adobe? THIS is something you're still debating about (even though I can see requests as early as 2018)? If you want Adobe XD to be at the forefront of UX/UI design, you need to play nice with others (websites).

    I need to specify outbound links in my design. How else are the developers going to know how to code the buttons and hyperlinks? What website doesn't have external links? It's unreal that this functionality isn't available. Please add it.
