Link to external URLs
Link a button that can link like a hyperlink to another web page like youtube or my own Web Page
Hi All! Check out today's update of XD. It is version 47 and includes the ability to make any object a hyperlink. To use hyperlinks:
1. Go to Prototype mode
2. Select an object and add an interaction.
3. Choose a trigger like Tap.
4. Choose the action Hyperlink.
5. Add a destination URL.

Adobe, please add these small (needed) features instead of "new and awesome" ones. Improve quality of life of your users.

Why are so many basic features missing still? This has been an idea since 2016! Come on, you have some of the best products in the world but Xd is so full of holes. When you're releasing updates without these simple, simple features, time and time again, it's forcing some of us to change over to Sketch or Figma because we just can't work efficiently without these things.

Still no external link... and no multiple pages...
I think that I will stay with Figma a bit more. -

Please add this feature asap - we need to be able to link to external URLs. Not having this feature will drive people away from using Adobe XD.

Will this be happening this year, as its vital for me designing for a corporate company. We need to be able to link to other pages. This feels like a must have.

It would be really helpful to have the same functionality we have in InDesign where you add links to elements in the design tool and export it as a PDF and the links are included in the final exported file. Linking everything manually in Acrobat is prone to mistakes, professional agencies can't afford that.

Im need this like ASAP like honestly this is why i dropped on the subcription. To learn how to make an app, and i can insert a link and make into a button??? Shit i might as well drop the subcription and buy a Mac computer...

Been waiting for this feature since long. Creating a resume and adding external portfolio links is so essential. you have to then take help of external softwares to do the same. Anima or invision. This increases work of reanimating everything. Also to show clients how a particular link will be redirecting outside the system. This is the most essential feature to show social handle linking. And is available with other prototyping softwares. Pls Pls consider this feature .

My "WORK AROUND" is to PIN a SPOT/COMMENT and add a link within the text. It will have to do, for now.

I don't see why this feature doesn't exist, when you're prototyping is very unlikely that all your links are to an internal page and none to an external website or email address etc.
Please add this feature

In my organization we need to link our projects to many external resources. At the moment we create our projects in XD and then add hyperlinks in Acrobat. This is a very time consuming process.
I hope that we'll be able to add hyperlinks in 2020.
Thanks!

It's outrageous that this feature does not exist. Now when handing off my prototype to developers, I have to include a separate document that lists out each link and button and where it should go.
PLEASE implement this.
