Generate specs / measurements / style guide for developers

What definitely needed in the Design community is to ease the design-development delivery-review phase. To unload both of the sides.

A lot of different platforms, tools, plugins were meant to do that and none of them is fully unloading and simplifying that process.

PNG Express, Specking, Avocode, Markly, Zeplin, Craft, Marketch etc...

I believe there is a need in having some specifications delivery service, styleguide generating service.

Specs:
+ Measuring distance from text line height (because that's how developers do), not font size.
+ Ability to adjust the UI on the go with automatic sepcs changing
+ Ability to select and automatically calculate the parameter type (dp, px, pt, em, sp) with defining default
etc.

Styleguide:
+ Automatically generated colour palette. And when you change the colour in palette it changes everywhere in the UI.
+ Font styles
+ Generating assets
+ Generating SVGs
etc

    After talking to some devs, this missing feature is one of the last things keeping teams loyal to sketch/invision.

    Paragraph or Character styles would be incredibly beneficial.

    Need a Zeplin plugin please. Am currently taking all the Xd files and recreating in Sketch to access the Zeplin plugin to share with our dev team. It takes the guess work out of what they do and makes life easier for them. Also saves an enormous amount of time as they have access to all the assets too.

    Export the artboards easy for coders. They could view the design and download the jpg to use in html and css. Also see the color values, typos, paths, margins and so on. Make a new panel in adition to design and prototype for coders. Like zeplin.

    Switch to Sketch+Zepplin will be a necessity in way to save time and money! Adobe listen to us..improve the integration with Zeppelin or a similar way!

    100% need this !!

    Marketch can export an interactive wireframe from Sketch. This is a MASSIVE time saver and without this it's going to be hard to sell my team on adopting the app.

    Often as a designer you have to quickly share static jpgs in email or in messenger. Holding down alt and then pushing a button like spacebar to "Stamp" the measurements that are displayed would be a nice way to help designers communicate sizing better as there is still a lot of times when a designer has to deliver manual "redlines" that document spacing, type, and color details.

    As an MVP of the feature it would just require you to start but stamping the shapes that are displayed during holding down ATL and let the user tweak the values if they aren't 100% accurate to what you really want the value to be.

    Rather than Zeplin, or any other, as a CC subscriber I would vote for improving assets and library in CC. I know this might be out of control for XD team, but consider this before any plugin.

    The lack of this is the reason I'm going back to Sketch, no way I'll spend a lot of time doing everything by hand.
    Also, I find it very unproductive how we have to work with pixels on everything while the devs needs many of the measurements in % and em, Macaw is the only available option for that and unfortunately is not very usable.
    Such a shame that so time saving features are not in production yet.

    It would be great if output document is interactive and not just print or PDF. So everyone can use this rich, interactive online version from anywhere.
