Tap/Hover Effect

Need Little bit tapping/hover effect on list/buttons/links during presentation to client. Its give an actual working product feel and help to make decision.

    Okay, it's cool to have interactive concepts. But clicking is not enough! Why not adding some new ways to interact with the elements ? Hovering, custom keybinds, mouse/touchpad gestures... This could be a great thing !

    This is an essential feature required on XD. This would allow the UI designer to demonstrate the transition and hover state will work without having to duplicate the page just to show the on click or hover state. How quick can you do this guys??

    Being able to add interactive buttons with hover states to mimic links and buttons should be the next move for this software.

    There's no way to build and prototype menus in Xd. The app needs to implement features that caters to all types of interactivity we find in web design, mobile design etc. Menus are a cruical part of prototyping in general. This is why I use Axure today.

    It would be great if XD has an ability to have "Mouse In" and "Mouse Out in the prototype mode, like in InVision.

    For an example when user put the mouse in the "Mouse In" (hover over) the area, the prototype will change, and when the "Mouse Out" the area, the prototype will change back.

    MUST HAVE FEATURE! It is really important to have this feature in the program. I know we're all on mobile these days with no rollover states needed anymore, but a lot of us still design for corporate websites which is crucial to showcase rollover states to clients.

    that's very important. when is that supposed to come? switching between pages is not enough, i can use balsamiq for that

    I would be great when prototyping desktop mock ups to have the ability to switch to another canvas on cursor hover, not just on click.

    - Faster to design cause of direct workflow
    - Helps the customer to understand the GUI
    - Makes usertesting more accurate
    - Less to explain separately to the IT People
