Hi i agree with Mukund here. This is not acceptable behaviour from adobe. If adobe can please inform us of when they will think about introducing hover state

Don't know what's stopping Adobe to introduce the Hover interaction. Its a basic interaction we need more than sophisticated Voice or Drag features. I am stuck many times to show the interactions which happens on hover. Could you please update us on when this will be included?

Hover is a basic web interaction. This should be included in the prototyping offering.

Open to suggestions for which product to switch the UI/UX team to since these basic features will seemingly never materialize in XD

Yessss!!! Please add the feature for hover effects and press/hold behaviour, I still have to constantly switch to create a prototype such as Flinto. Very looking forward to this.

This should've been a feature from launch. I still have to rely on Invision for this.

Some of my collagues regularly tweet the Adobe team about hover feature but they never reply.

Voice commands!? Please! We don't all design for Amazon Echo you know! Think outside your future bubble and consider your user base (which will no doubt soon be migrating to InVision Studio when launched in January). Get the hover feature done. It's actually maddening that this feature doesn't exist.

Now we know for certain that hover effect wont be included. Its a shame as XD had a good potential for my team but we are sticking with sketch and invision

I agree with everyone here about not adding the hover effect on an early stage. However, adding voice over commands features would let the community be more creative in delivering new concepts and applications...

So I would still pressure on requesting the hoover effect as much as I root for them on adding the voice over command.

I whisper softly to my XD prototype "hover engage" as I glide the cursor over a button on screen containing the words "Just Click Me". The button blushes a darker hue and lifts off the page while dropping a telling shadow. I smile, satisfied with myself. "Who needs a rollover effect when you can sweet talk to your designs?" Adobe, watching from the shadows, nods with a smile as they bury the feature deep within their backlog.

Please... PLEASE.... prioritize this feature... I know many people are using XD for all these newfangled technologies, but some of us are still designing for desktop... I desperately need to test a tooltip as part of a flow, and am currently using Justinmind to do so. But otherwise you guys and XD are awesome.

Hover effect is a basic feature on the web. Many prototyping tools make it, why not Adobe XD?

Voice command but no hover states? Come on...

Can anyone from adobe xd team explain how come vocal command became a priority above hover effect? Myself and thousand of other users would like to know. WE are baffled to say the least

When will people understand that Adobe XD is an app designing tool and not web! You should all know by now its beyond way to late to implement a hover function in prototype mode.

Adobe XD is the best mobile app design tool on the market, by far!

Your priorities are beyond ridiculous if you thought voice would be more desired than a hover trigger.

We need this! Please add this soon!
