Roll over/hover and drop down menu ability - pleeeease!

Please add this feature, important for hovering over buttons, as well as drop down menus.

Impossible to use XD for web prototypes without hover effects (which should be standard). I don't want to hold the hands of stakeholders and explain how function works. It defies the whole purpose!!!

How is this not at the top of your backlog? It's extremely laughable that a prototype tool from Adobe still doesn't have such a critical feature, especially two years after being reported/requested. This feature needs to happen ASAP.

Regulars on this specific thread who have understanding of how Adobe build their software will know that it is IMPOSSIBLE for the XD team to include a tap/hover effect into the prototype mode at this point in time due to engineering constraints.

Adobe will integrating with 3rd party softwares that can add this function also seems pretty slim.

Adobe XD is primary an mobile app building tool, NOT website building.

The users who praise Adobe XD design/develop mobile apps without the need for tap/hover.

Peter Flynn the Adobe admin once tried to justify the non inclusion of tap/hover due to prioritisation.

If the second most voted function request hasn't even been moved from 'feature in the backlog' for over 2 years along with no genuine news about this function, then we as designers/devs/engineer should understand that a function such as tap/hover which should of been baseline even during its beta stages is NOT in Adobe's plan.

"No Hover" is a major pain point, making the prototype UI confusing to the clients. Please add at least hover.

Basic functionality, can't believe this is sat i the backlog! Looks like Ill be using a different tool for the job then.

Please we're begging! since you've been starting to copy functionalities from the other wire-framing apps (best example Responsive Resize). Why is this still in the backlog!? (T_T)

This is a no-brainer. If Sketch was available for Windows, I'd dump XD in a heartbeat due to lacking features such as this.
