Adding also my voice... Embeding at least streamed videos from Youtube, Viméo, Dailymotion etc... would be a big plus !

If Adobe added the ability to design and showcase micro animations and transitions within XD this would certainly become the premier app for the modern day UXUI designer.

I'll add my voice to the chorus. This is an obvious must-have feature. Really frustrated with the lack of response from Adobe. I too will have to use another tool until this feature is implemented.

Lots of requests for this, but no response from Adobe. Could you at least give us an idea if you're working on it, or If you're not going to add it, could you at least tell us why?

Many other wireframe apps let you import videos, but they aren't nearly as user-friendly or quick for beginners to learn as XD.

Hey, actually I#m developing a website that depends strongly on animated images. Prototyping the site without the animations doesn't make much sense. I think the ability to embed animations is a very important feature. Please implement that!

Lack of ability to import videos & gif's is the only thing keeping me from using XD as much as other Adobe tools!

This is the most important feature for us designer!! If i want to create a full prototype using GIF or videos i could match the products made with illustrator & after effects, the thing is working just a desktop version of in-vision with transitions.

To add to this, it'd be great if videos could be triggered by events, seamlessly looped, looped until click/screen touch.

Also, If you could "lock" a video so that touching the screen or clicking won't pause the video. If you put an event handler on top (for example "if screen is touched, jump to next image" or "if screen is touched, play next video as soon as this video finished playing" (this should also work with looped videos)).

Need video for our latest app design. Just a quick comment - but animated gifs is not enough and provides a huge performance issue. It's fine if you want to add support for animated gifs, but please don't support video by conversion only. I need to import real video files.
