Define a scrollable area within an artboard

This provides real-world app use cases, such as a table, slideshow, or iOS dropdown lists.

    I have managed to achieve this by following few simple steps with Adobe XD 10. It would be better if we could have this as feature in Adobe XD.

    Tim S. That is not the same feature. That is still scrolling the whole artboard, but with a fixed position element. We want scrollable areas separate from the artboard.

    I'd like to know the status of this so-called "started" feature. :) Adobe, give us a sneak peek!

    And I really hope it will work not only vertically but also horizontally.

    Horizontal scroll that can be used as a swipe-able carousel is a modern UI convention. Very useful!! :D

    Even if the Fixed Position might help, I think it'd be really helpful to create a feature to scroll 2 different rows in the same page or to scroll an individual element in the page (ex: a carousel).

    Just searched for this feature and came across all these comments. You can add my name to the list that thinks a scrollable area would be useful.
    Am trying to demonstrate a scrollable drop down menu with multiple sub headings and can't demonstrate this to the client.

    Agreed. Though let's cut down on the requests here, since I wouldn't want Invision Studio's UI nightmare to carry over to XD. The main feature we need is support for pinning elements in place so they don't scroll.

    Pff.. I did like this function as well. I really can't believe they haven't add this feature yet...
