Shared cloud document folder
I was happy to see folders for cloud documents be released. However, my co-worker(s) and I were disappointed to see that when organizing or creating a folder structure, it does not reflect to other XD users. Essentially, it only occurs under your own Creative Cloud account.
REQUEST: I would like to make a folder structure with my own and/or XD documents that were shared with me to be synced up for specified users to see on their ends as well. (Similarly to Dropbox or Google Drive folders where other users can access them)
We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will be able to see the same folder structure for shared cloud documents. More details to come!

+1 I need this to share about 10 separate XD files in one experience design project my team is currently working on. The individual folder management that was just released is nice, but I now want to share those folders with my team, and I can't yet.

This functionality is only thing that stick me on Figma
It would be very important to integrate large design teams! -

I have a Design Team of 6 people that I work with. It would be great to be able to have a single folder that we can put XD files into and have those "shared" with the group I assign to it. Manually sharing files with EVERY member of the team is time consuming.

This feature is one of the biggest missing pieces for our design team to work efficiently with XD.

Share entire folder or custom share folder for co-editing would be beneficial for teams.

Definitely would like to have cloud folder sharing!

We need to have the ability to share folder/directory structures. The folder/directory feature is useless to design teams without this.

I work at an agency. We are multiple designers, responsible for multiple clients. When one of us gets sick or go for vacation, someone else usually has to pick up the other persons work for a while.
But when I save my XD files as Cloud documents I can only share one file at a time. And I mean, yeah. That's not going to work. There is no chance that a team of 15 will share each XD file they work on with each team member manually.
And if I save my XD Files to my Creative Cloud Files folder on my computer, I lose the ability to keep versions of my work.
So I would love to see a solution where I keep saving my files as Cloud Documents into folders that I can share with either the entire organization or a selection of team members.

When you share a file for co-editing with others, then it appears in their "Shared with you" section which is a simple list. It is difficult to navigate through this list if you have 40-50 files shared with you. There is also no option to sort the list by Name.
It would be great if a folder itself can be shared in such a way that all the XD files in it are available for co-editing. In this way the "Shared with you" section will have folders. This will help everyone in the team know where the file are locate and quickly access the required files without any confusion.

We have the collaborate on a single file feature added - now we need some tools to manage large groups of prototypes across a team. One simple way to do this is the allow inviting others to collaborate on all prototypes in a folder rather than needing to invite a group of people to each individual file.
I would expect this to be recursive down into each subfolder, if any are present.
Even more ideal might be to allow inviting people at the cloud documents level (ideally for teams who cross collaborate on multiple prototypes)

Agreed. Trying to keep track of dozens of links is a headache. We really need a dashboard that lets you see multiple projects and prototypes. Thanks!

Omar- I know the teams are working on a lot of features/services related to collaboration, many of which will address this in ways that I hope exceed your expectations. Thanks for sharing the feedback and stay tuned.

Right now it seems like XD is made for the solo UX/UI designer who mainly does small freelance projects.
For people on design teams in companies, the usability is very lacking.
We are a team of 7 designers, working on multiple projects that sometimes interlink - but right now I share a prototype to the developers & PM, and they have to store that link somewhere.
It'd be great if I could just give them one link say, "Company iPad project", and inside that link are all the things related to iPad - so the individual prototype links are all contained there.
Right now we are using a google doc, and Trello, to keep track of all of the links for each project, so if they need to see the "analytics section" weeks after it was completed then they need to search around for the correct link - instead it'd be great if there was 1 "dashboard" link and inside it contains all the prototypes that belong to that project.
This is the way Invision works, and it makes it 10x easier for non-designers to open projects.
