Change owner of cloud document
A member of our team is leaving. The only way we can change ownership of her files is to have her download them and share them locally. This is fine and all but it breaks all the links to the document so I have to go into the various places we share the link, like JIRA, and add new links.
I would prefer that we could just change ownership of the file to another team member.
We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will share ownership of the document, which means people leaving an organization won’t impact your workflow. More details to come!

So frustrating. I designed a document but my colleague is now the one updating it. I have to stop what I am doing every 5 minutes to update the link for him!

Agree this is a problem for us currently too. I've been using a single adobe account for years as I was the only designer at our company. Now our team has expanded we have updated to a team account and can't transfer files without breaking embedded components in other files. It would also be useful to be able to assign multiple owners, for when one team member is away etc.

Agree with this, need a better way to manage ownership on cloud docs.

Strongly seconded.
A team member has set up lots of components in Cloud Documents. When they leave we'd like to be able to keep using those components, and for existing component links in other documents to be preserved.
Otherwise, what's the point of using cloud documents if you can't use them after a team member leaves?
