XD Source files editing on the web

Currently, there is no option to edit my file from another PC because XD don't have the web version, and also all source files get stored in the system.

I would like to suggest something like UXPin does. They have the web version and the desktop version. It helps us to work from anywhere.

We're building exactly that and just launched a public beta for our Adobe XD online viewer: https://xd2sketch.com/inspector

Turn XD into a Web app. This app can be done much better now in the browser. Figma is so much better in the browser than XD, Adobe can not catch up while also attempting to create parity on Windows. You have great apps, and unfortunately, we don't need apps any more. We need solutions.

For Adobe XD to compete with apps like Figma you need to find out WHY people use Figma instead of Adobe XD. One of the big reasons is easier collaboration. If adobe XD had a web app or online editor that allowed non creative-cloud subscribers to edit documents this would be a game changer.

    PLEASE DO THIS!

They can make photoshop like big tool work on web but will not even try to do the same with xd, may they feel they have failed on xd.

Editing Adobe Xd cloud documents without Xd app and making it available in a browser like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Most developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders don't have or don't want to install the Xd app in their workstations. The design specs in a web browser have very limited features and are only usable for dev hand-off. Simple tasks like zooming in and out, panning, changing copies, etc. can be very useful for some collaborators without asking the products designers to open the app, edit, and update the link are not available.

Since Adobe introduced a web based Photoshop, it would be wise to do it with XD too. That would help collaboration a lot, because team members would be able to access the files even if they're not sitting in their office/studio and don't have their own computer there. Something like Figma has (and some other similar apps).

I am sure that would be very popular amongst the user base and it would bring more people over to XD from the other UX/UI design/prototyping tools.

It is ridiculous to have such a powerful tool and not be able to access it from the web. This constraint has stopped me from pursuing the use of Adobe Xd for my team. What are you so afraid of to not allow this user interface?

    Hi,
I want to say that there should be a live editor extension of adobe to edit the pictures and videos live on the website i.e in the realtime.

XD presently is only available for Windows/Mac whereas its primary competitors have a robust online version that allows users to work on their designs on any device without installing any app on their computers.
This can especially be helpful for users on Limux, iPadOS, Android tablets or Chrome OS as there is no native support for these platforms.

Hi! I love to use Adobe creative programs but I still wish one feature., the ability to use Adobe XD via the web browser. I personally would love to have this option, so I can choose between the web and the download version. The web version would be an alternative to the download version it would help all people, who don't want or can't install the programm on their computer.

This is a reason we're using Balsamiq Cloud for twice-a-year collaborative design events involving non-designers instead of the wireframing features of XD. Browser-based editing makes the setup time appropriate for such an infrequent event.

Then, once it's already in Balsamiq Cloud, it's easier to stick to it for further wireframing and rapid prototyping than covert to XD. Then, it becomes easier to implement the design, so lost market opportunity for XD.

As you can do in figma (https://www.figma.com/) and that's the only thing perventing my team for using XD instead of Figma.
XD has become greate software but the feature is indeed must to add as FIgma is getting stronger.

I know windows 7 support was declined. Unfortunately, my organization will not move to windows 10 for at least 2 years. If you can't provide support for more users with windows 7/8, it would be nice if you could enable browser support like you have with Spark.

Leverage Muse’s in-browser editing functionality to allow editing of XD prototypes online between cross-functional teams (UX, Design & Copy)
