Find and Replace - Text
It would be great to have a generic "find and replace" inside the edit menu like most text editors have. What would be even better is if you could select the find and replace function to use the current art board, or all art boards. This is super helpful if you're mocking up redundant content that has a slight name change between screens.

We do need spell check, I agree. To some extent though you can “find and replace” text by using components. If you create a button, make that a component and then edit the text, the text on all instances of that component will change to match. Hopefully that helps!

"Find & Replace". Unbelievable that such a basic function is not in the menu. It may be the only Adobe application that does not have it.

I do agree! Would be great during translation to have "find and replace" tool to keep consistency. And save us a lot of time.

Please add this feature! It would literally save me over an hour here and I would have more QA assurance.
Other things I could be doing with that hour:
Writing notes of encouragement to colleagues and friends
Sending a care package to friends in college
Binge-watching Netflix
Playing games with neighbors
Volunteering at non-profit down the street. It's in the best interest of humanity that you add this feature!

It would be really helpful to have a simple find/replace tool for text. I haven't found any way to easily do this and I think it should be something that's built in; am I missing something? The functionality I want is to be able to simply search for all instances of a word or phrase, such as "hello", and replace all instances with another, such as "goodbye". This would mirror the functionality of the Find/Change tool in InDesign.
I realise that this has been requested before in 2016 but nothing seems to have been done about it. If this feature already exists or if there's an appropriate plugin please could somebody point me in the right direction.
Thanks

well, i used to have a lot of artboard and i mess up finding the specific text. Finding and "Finding and replacing" functionality on the Adobe Xd would be very handful for million of designers.
Thank you

Im using a plugin for this, but this doenst work well combined with multiple artboards, groups and repeating grids. Would be really helpfull to have this functionality in XD. It's a small but powerfull addon.

As a work around for finding content (which is not ideal) you can export all art-board's to a PDF single document then search for words.

The third-party plugins don't cut it for Find and Replace. Help us, Adobe!

We are unable to fully migrate our prototypes to XD without this feature.
Any large project can't be maintained without text Find and Replace.
