Find and Replace - Text

It would be great to have a generic "find and replace" inside the edit menu like most text editors have. What would be even better is if you could select the find and replace function to use the current art board, or all art boards. This is super helpful if you're mocking up redundant content that has a slight name change between screens.

    In Figma, someone has created a plug-in for this.
    Perhaps one exists in the XD community as well.

    Dear Adobe Team,

    to actually achieve what XD aims to be, that is the leading tool for design and prototyping of apps and websites as far as i see, a simple find and replace text function is a must have.

    Its just embarrassing not to be able to simply search for a snippet of text or a word in my design, that is straigt up riddiculous!

    Hey XD team, really need you to step up this feature. I need to replace a hyphenated text into space and damn you know how much time i had to spend looking for it? I found a workaround which i threw the copy into indesign to do the find and change but damn why cant you implement this? It will make my life so much easier.

    Yeah, please sort this functionality out ASAP.

    Mind-boggling the amount of basic features XD lacks. It really does create the impression Adobe doesn't care about their own user's experience.

    Very frustrating that this is not yet implemented. Adobe, please instead of working on other fad apps that few people use, please focus on improving the well used ones that you have. We need these products to be better to save us time and to be able to do our jobs better. Thank you.

    after 5 years you useless hacks at adobe still havent implemented this most basic feature available in all of your other programs? this app is supposed to make User experience design faster, yet you refuse to implement one of the most fundamental and basic functionality features? AFTER 5 years?! just pathetic adobe, another day another new low. you want to justify renting us this over priced crap? LISTEN TO YOUR USERS REQUESTS!

    Please make this a thing, finding words across the XD file in the beginning stages of website build would be extremely helpful. Especially when showcasing to design to the client that may be a templated site and you need to find and replace keywords.

    Adobe, you already can highlight all components who shares the same color in the canvas, we are sure that you can implement the text find and replace option, please!
