Text input field with actions based on value

For prototyping and user testing, a text input field control would be very helpful. Bonus if you could apply actions to enter / submit based on different strings.

    I must admit that, Adobe Xd is one of the easy and simple platforms to create any simple business apps, buts its pity that we cant add any text or create any interactions with our customers on apps plus our customer cant search any item with keywords.
    Please priorities this features.

    The Anime plugin came out, however, they charge $30 / month to use this feature. :(

    This is an absolute deal breaker ! Without being able to get input from users for testing, the scope of the prototype made in XD is so limited. It's just being used as a video without being able to test the functionality.

    I wish this can be added the soonest, I saw this feature in other prototyping app (should I name it?) and it looks great having to add a real input text field working on your prototype. Please give this high priority, you're already late. Thanks

    Just played with a feature like this on UxPin and it was very good. Just a dummy text box that lets a user think they are inputing text and then the submit or button associated with it can take you to a new view. Doesnt need to connect to any database, though stretch goal it could.
