Scroll to Anchor Link Target
The anchor link that target the specific part of the page. This is the significant user experience on web usability where user can "back to top" or can navigate (i.e. from menu bar) to the specific sessions without the need to scroll through entire pages.

Please prioritize this feature!
Page based layouts are fine for complex sites, but they're a relic of print based design and often make for a poor UX. Not having the ability to make anchor scrolling sites is a very primitive limitation for a progressive platform like XD.

Having an anchor link on a dummy is web standard. -

A shame this feature still isn't implemented. Invision, Marvel do it flawlessly.
