Copy-Paste should preserve interaction wires/links
Ability to copy wires along with assets. For example, if I have a home button that will always link to the same page, it would be helpful if I didn't have to wire the button each time. This would also be helpful when duplicating artboards so the links stay intact. For example, if I need to show a dropdown menu, I would do this by duplicating the artboard and adding a wire to the dropdown menu. In this case, I would want all the existing wires to stay the same.
You can now paste wires with the objects in the May 2017 release of Adobe XD! Simply switch to prototype mode, and the objects will paste with their wires. You can copy and paste artboards with the wires between them intact, even to other files.
To check out the latest version, go to the Creative Cloud desktop app! If you don’t see the update, you can select the gear and click on “Check for App Updates.”

Please! It's very time consuming having to connect every object by hand. It should work like this by defalut.

This is as others have said, not only essential but a deal breaker. If this is not resolved, and not resolved ASAP, as much as it would hate to do it, this program will be deleted.

This needs to be added asap.

This is essential...I spent hours the other day linking and re-linking and re-linking. If it doesn't get fixed I will have to stop using XD :/

Yes, please. This would be a huge time saver.

Working on a specific screen such as a dashboard, there are some links that remain the same throughout all the artboards. At the moment, when I copy paste an artboard, I have to make all the interaction for all the elements from the beginning. This is rather inconvenient, especially if you prototype includes a big amount of artboards. It would be nice to be able to copy paste the interactions of the artboard that you are copy-pasting.
Let me know if it understood :)

Please could you do this as you can, as this will save every XD user thousands - if not millions (all users considered) - of dull repetitive tasks.
Even just as temporary introduction before a potentially more complex integration into symbols or master items.
There is nothing thus far within your feature development http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/experience-design/features.html that compares to the benefit of this feature. Though layers were much requested, they don't really add value like this feature would for every user. Please implement, this one can't be that tricky. Do a cost/benefit analysis on it please.

This would be HUGE. Kinda crazy that it doesn't copy the link when copying (seems more intuitive that the links WOULD copy) — or as other users pointed out have a check box to toggle this as an option (globally or per item somehow)

essential if you don't want to lose us to the competition

If symbols with links are not coming in November release can you please give us this? A lot of benefits from using XD are wiped out by the fact you have to do each cut and pasted item link over and over and over again...

Please give us this!!!!!

Yes, keep links!! :)

It's crucial to have this feature when you design for different screen size.
When you copy/past the design, you can reaarange positions and sizes but keep all the interactions you already created.
Very crucial features to implement please. -

+1 to this feature. Having to re-do a footer nav over and over is PAINFUL.

+1. This could be a huge time-saver. Instead of being default Cmd/Ctrl + V functionality, maybe "Paste with Interactions" could be a Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + V or something like that.

If I create a menu thats going to be the same in many pages, Iand I link them to the other pages, I want to copy paste that menu in the other pages including al the links.

I feel that if this is done in such a way this could also be used to treat artboards as templates. This feature and the hotspot template feature I feel will share a lot of the same implementation details so they should be thought about together.

This feature should be high priority in my estimation as it feels like a quick huge win for all who use XD. The two key commands for differing copying and pasting within prototyping mode is a fantastic idea even if it is just an interim idea. Surely it can't be hugely difficult to do that.

YES YES YES... thank you. I totally agree. Having been working on XD for about 2 weeks now, with a few pretty big projects. This is my number 1 request I like to see.

I like to be able to copy and paste an element or a group under "Prototype" so that the functions can also be copied.
