Dark Interface (overall UI including side panels) / Dark mode
The option for a darker interface like Photoshop and Illustrator would be great, especially when working at night.

While I love AdobeXD, many designers will start going blind if this remains an issue for much longer. I understand that resources are always scarce, but given that eyesight is generally a requirement for Creative Cloud applications, this would seem to be a serious threat to Adobe's bottom line.

After I complete the project I'm working on currently, I'm not using XD again until dark mode is rolled out. This is unacceptable in 2022. My eyes hurt so much. ლ(ಠ□ಠ)ლ

Any updates on the super requested dark mode for XD?

Why has this request been ignored since 2016??? 🤯

It's impressive that in 2022 a dark UI is not even possible, I currently work nights, I really need this dark UI, I can't wait any longer before I fully switch to Figma

I'm working as a UI/UX Designer and I installed XD 5 years ago... Still not having a dark mode for XD. Voting for it as it would be helpful.

Adobe has always been and will always be my first love, and frankly I am shocked how many people here feel so strongly about dark mode... I personally love it too, but that's not why I moved my team to Figma. Figma is doing so many smart things at the productivity level I just couldn't ignore it anymore. I do miss the repeater grid (a lot), and Figma's interactive components are still a bit buggy, but they are doing so many other things right, that we had to make the jump and my entire team is quite happy with the move. infinite canvas, pages, batch selection and editing, component variations, and more... Plus I don't see a ton of important features in their backlog since 2016... just so much to love about Figma. There is a learning curve, but once the light shines on you, it's magnificent LOL

Sorry Adobe, I like Xd but now that figma has dark mode, rtl and pages, I’m out. There is no way that with all Adobe money xd still dont have dark mode or pages. I’m moving to figma

Today I opened Adobe XD. Then I closed it immediately.
It is way too bright. I cannot work like this.To call this product "Experience Design" is just ironic at this point.
Can you please find a solution before I retire?

This has continued to be the 2nd most requested feature since July 12, 2016. It was said that Architecture (especially for Windows) is the major slow-down for this.
In December 2020, VP Andrew Shorten said it was a WIP, but will take time. We're now into 2022 and there still isn't Dark Mode. Are we to believe at a team of UX & UI experts cannot implement dark mode in 6 years?

If I ever moved to sketch, this would be the only reason that xd doesn't have a dark mode. Its been 4 years I am using adobe XD, but now unfortunately I am planning to shift to sketch for my design work.
Thanks to the lazy team who put this feature into backlog 4 years ago and forgot to even work on it, anytime we talk in adobe community they share this link to raise our voice, 5131 voices are still not enough to start working on this,
really sad to see adobe behaviors with his users.
