Bring back the previous Export settings

The previous export settings let you say what resolution the asset was designed at (very flexible)---the new one doesn't allow for this and makes it much harder when designing at higher resolution and wanting to automate scaling down.

    Hi Cory,

    I'm very sorry to hear you are having trouble with the new export.
    This changes were highly requested by our users, most of them finding the "designed at" option confusing.
    The new behaviour allows you to enter (by hand) any value between 0.1x and 10x, so you should have more flexibility than before.
