Replacing component with another component
An ability to replace a selected component on an artboard with any other master component in the document; would improve workflow speed for testing ideas or managing complex design systems.
Something like a right click option could be quick for the user.

Thanks for your request! You can already do this by dragging the new component over the old component. If you’re looking for something else, please do feel free to file a new ticket.

One other use case is to replace a local component with the component from a library.

Missing an option to replace a component in assets list, for example when one icon should be replaced with another one over all document.

The dragging doesn't work well at all...
Especially when icons are small or lines -

Please also allow this feature to be used within nested components. Components that are used within other components can currently not be replaced by dragging the new component on it.

Ok, but the modified values (ex width, height) are reset to the original component's value. Overridden values must be kept overridden.
