Duplicate artboard should avoid objects in the pasteboard
You know how sometimes you take pieces off of your artboard and put them 'aside' for later? When you duplicate an artboard those areas that hold design items (like texts, icons, boxes) should be considered occupied so you don't end up duplicating an artboard and have those spare parts now part of it.

If you have an artboard, and under (vertically) you have a pasteboard item, if you copy/paste that artboad so that it appears under the original artboard (where the currently the pasteboard item is), that artboard will swallow the the pasteboard item, and now that pasteboard item will no longer be visible because it's inside the group of the artboard.
Please fix.
