XD version for local cloud government organizations

I'm working in a government organization that is disconnected from the internet, so we can't work with ADOBE XD,
I would like to request that you consider the possibility of publishing a version for government organizations that work on an internal network so we can work with XD without losing the capabilities of the tool
or let me know if there is any solution for this kind of environment

    Has there been movement on this? Without the ability to share locally, Adobe XD is about as useful to us as an Etch-n-Sketch.

    I work at a large internal pharmaceutical ad agency and we are not allowed to upload files to the creative cloud or collaborate in the cloud.

    Please allow us to connect XD to our internal service.

    Yes, with the recent strain on cloud services - it has been spotty at best. Is there a way to allow offline access to published links (ie.. developmental specs?)

    My company needs this feature as well. We are not allowed to use cloud services, so I can't share my designs with customers. This makes Adobe XD pretty much useless.
