Hide artboard
A simple eye icon for visibility on the artboard list in the layers panel would be a great to help clean up pasteboards while not having to loose any pages or work that may be needed but not displayed at a certain time. Also if this function also affected which dartboards are to be included when the document is shared across any links. I personally create artboards for style sheets for my developer but when sharing with the client for review they are always visible, it would be nice to be able to hide these when using XD links.

Hi, I have the layers I want to show in my prototype marked for export. But when I export to the cloud, all of them show up, including "get started". How do I prevent items from exporting? Do I have to exclude them with flows?

If you select the layers icon (second icon at the bottom-left of your screen) then you can select the icon listed in the image below to unmark it for export and it will not show up in your prototype (including when you share or publish your file). I hope this helps. This is a screenshot for a MAC computer.

Would be helpful to for speeding up XD's processing. Sometimes I have a ton of images on a board as reference in there for other things.

It's a no brainer. I hate it when I have to delete an artboard just so it doesn't show up when I share it...or trying to tell someone to tab through all these comp artboards just to see the one I want to share with them. I agree with @Vnz it would be ideal if they got greyed out or indicated in some way that they will not be exported or shared.

They should stay visible on the table but greyed. And this way, masked artboard won't get exported in the prototype preview

It will be useful that we can hide artboards with a "Eye" icon or something else in layers panel. Similar to Photoshop.
