Animate paths
Defining a path the elements follow while in auto animate is a feature that will be appreciated. While creating a graph some elements have to follow the curve of the graph like a point on the graph. While animating that using auto animate, the point moves outside the graph. Yes, multiple dashboards can be used to define it but with path animation, only two artboards will be enough.

I can't always go to After Effects for the simplest of animations.

It would be great if user could specify which part of path should be drawn (start_ratio and end_ratio attributes in percents or parts from 0 to 1). To draw second part of circle we need to specify start_ratio=0.5 and end_ratio=1. These attributes should be animated, so playing with them give us ability to get arc animation for example. With that feature all paths become animated

Right now Adobe XD enables linear transitions with auto-animate (horizontal, vertical). For example, if I want to animate a graph in which a point moves along a path, I can't do it.

I'm waiting for this feature. It will really improve the animations in XD. Currently working on various projects where users need to see some interactions which have to work with objects following a path.

This would a great addition to Adobe XD. I am currently making some prototypes that require animating objects on a path, and if we could do that with the drag as a trigger, it would be fantastic.
