em unit in design specs
Having 'px', 'pt' and 'dp' as size unit is good but we need to use 'em' most commonly as flexible and scalable relative unit. Expecting 'EM' unit to the list.

This is the single biggest disclaimer I have to give clients who view the XD layout links I send—I'm always having to say reserve judgement on the size of text until we're looking at the actual site build.
It's also a problem in handing off to developers, since they will likely use the specs from the XD layout and size the text as px.
EMs and REMs would be so helpful.

This is highly required for the developers for responsive design development. This will save the effort of a designer to deliver design specification document without manually converting PX to EM unit.
