Link to separate xd documents

Description:
Ability to link to different XD documents, or create a 'project' folder that would let different features of a project to be put into separate XD documents.

Why is this valuable:
With separate pages being in separate documents, but still linked into a single prototype, different owners could collaborate on a single experience and work together to create a single experience. Linking to an XD doc would open the page at the prototype home screen.

Dependencies:
The ability to verify links are XD links (currently available I believe).
Project team members and collaborators.
External links in Prototype Mode
Project Assets and Styles

    Wanted to link XD file to another XD file linking. Interlinking between two or more files needed.

    My canvas can not hold all the screens and instances. I need to separate out a section of my projects as they have over 200 screens. I would love to work on sections of the software outside of the MVP prototype that my team is developing. Allowing for me to have the whole MVP for PMs to share with Stakeholders, be working on design interactions of a section only allowing some screens for the MVP and blocking others, while team A can see test design A,B,C,D. Original MVP can then have the prototype link to the winning variation once tested. Keeping all screens, sections, and variations together but controlling the user groups to display to.

    I want a function that allows multiple XD files to work together. This is a viewpoint for a "system" in which multiple products operate in conjunction.
    Necessary for designing the linkage between a smartphone and a watch.
    This perspective should become very important in a few years.

    It is not that multiple users operate XD at the same time.
