How is it possible that this feature doesn't exist? It's almost enough to make me lose faith in XD entirely that somehow this was never added.

It's really, really annoying that this feature is not implemented yet. :((

We really need this, the current system is so time consuming

The fastest way I have found to accomplish this is to hold down Ctrl + z until the first item selected for export is unselected.

We need some kind of a one click solution to clear all the assets that being marked for export. I have 100 artboards in my prototype. I just have to unmark the assets one by one. this is really frustrating.

nothing yet...
In my case, don't exist this option make the massive export recurse be unuseful, I just export the layers one by one. Really frustrating.

You can go to layer view (Cmd+Y), then select all layer (Cmd+A) and in the right bottom corner, you can mark/unmark them for export.
Also in the layer view, you can see a little icon next to the layer which indicates if it is marked for export

Any idea if this has been solved?

Yeah, it's crazy this hasn't been thought of. As a developer...if I want to export all the CORRECT raw assets (which designers don't seem to have a grasp of in many cases), I have to open up every single layer, component, group, etc and deselect everything one by one because so many designers have already "marked" objects/groups for export that don't export in a way that's useful for html/css etc. I don't understand how a company that is comprised of software developers and graphics professionals haven't thought of a scenario where anyone might want to reset all previously/erroneously marked for export objects all at once TO SAVE TIME? Anyway...I'm on a rant here because I just spent 25 minutes going through a wireframe XD file trying to find all the assets that need to be marked and unmarked. What a PITA.
While I'm here...another suggestion along these lines: why not allow us to simply select "ALL bitmap images" or "All vector graphics" and allow us to export them en masse? I mean, this is a wireframing/prototyping tool right? What do they think happens when the "designer" hands off an XD file to the developer? The developer obviously has to export ALL bitmaps, and ALL scalable graphics (at a minimum). Why does Adobe make this so GD difficult? I like to get sh*t done...not mouse-click my way through the designer's organizational hierarchies (or lack-thereof) one by fricking one. Ok, now my rant really is over.
Thanks.

Still really need this... Adobe Xd is a one way workflow because of so many tiny things like this one. Though it doesn't look like a feature hard to develop.

I have 80 airboards in my prototype, each with at least 10-20 groups, each group with at least 4 objects. Right now everything is marked for export. Yikes! It takes about 7 minutes to share a prototype for development.. Having a single key function that would clear the "Marked for Export" on all objects selected regardless if they are enclosed within a group or not would be really useful.

This really needs some consideration. As others have mentioned, it is a daunting task to hunt through all the artboards and layers to find elements that are marked for export.

In a real layout with many pages it takes a long time to find all assets for select. Don't make sence, in most times, keep assets select for export after i already export, I will probably check other types of assets for exportation, so a checkbox at the time of exportation to ask me if i want to keep the assets maked or not it will be very helpfull... In fact, let me astonished this option don't exist yet.

We need some kind of a 1-click solution to clear all the assets that being marked for export. Because there are situations when we have hundreds of assets prepared for the export across all the artboards. And if we want to clear this up, then it takes too much time to browse through all the folded elements in the layer panel in all the artboards.
