Convert from paper prototype to XD document
I'd like to take a picture a "napkin" sketch in the XD app, and in the app create hotspots and links to other "napkin" pictures.
Each picture would become a new artboard, which I could then replace with real designs at a later time.
Replacing images and keeping hotspots would also be valuable for faster iterations between designs and with test users.
(Marvel/ POP have similar features)

I’ve been trying different remedies for my migraines for a long time, but I never considered blood tests as a tool for identifying triggers. Recently, I found an article that explains how these tests can help us understand our bodies better and avoid pain. It’s definitely worth a read if you’re on a similar journey: https://ways2well.com/blog/how-blood-tests-can-help-identify-migraine-triggers. You might be surprised at what you learn!

Can't you just create artboards and paste these images onto them, then create & link hotspots?
