Panning around screen on XD
I'm physically disabled and cannot use my arms/hands. Is there a way to make it so it's possible to move around the screen when zoomed in please? I note it says to hold down the spacebar.... but, if you can't hold down the spacebar there's no scrollbars or onscreen way to do it? Add Adobe's hand tool maybe

Our Adobe Accessibility team and our Adobe Research and Strategy team are running this survey to understand more about accessibility needs for people who use Adobe XD. If you ever use features related to accessibility (like zoom, dark mode, text-to-speech, voice command, keyboard navigation etc.) or assistive technology (like a screen reader, switch device, etc.) and if you use or have tried Adobe XD, we want to hear from you! If you are interested, please take some time to fill out our survey. Your input will help us build better products.

I've been working on an AutoHotkey (www.autohotkey.com) script that places a "Hold Spacebar" button on the screen. So far it works but it's not movable and my wife demands I make it movable. :)

Yes. While this is perhaps the initial feature needing the UI improvements for those who can't hold down spacebar, please have your engineering/ux/ui team evaluate the software's use through these methods. I posted about it here as well: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/option-for-disabled-people-so-spacebar-hold-not-required-for-panning/m-p/11335137?page=1#M34341
