Animated Zoom - As found in Illustrator
Animated Zoom (cmd or ctrl + click + left/right panning) needs to be implemented - like in Illustrator.
I am insanely annoyed that this feature is not implemented, zooming in & out is a function that is used thousands of times a day.
Lightroom has one set of zoom functions.
Photoshop has one set of zoom functions.
XD has one set of zoom functions.
Some overlap, some don't.
This is stupid.
Please implement features that demonstrate consistency among your suite of apps.
I want the option to disable animated zoom completely. On mac right now, it works as I think it should where it has steps to the zoom and doesn't have this needless transition between them. It's faster and more efficient.
Any updates for this? Would love this feature on XD.

En otras aplicaciones de Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ha sido muy útil el zoom animado, sería zúmamente útil que lo incluyeran en XD.

Hey thanks for replying! I've uploaded a video I captured (while using Illustrator) to show precisely what feature I'm talking about. Hope this helps!
Ah, I see what you are going for... Yeah this is relatively new to Illustrator, if you turn OFF GPU acceleration you will notice that even Illustrator is inconsistent with itself (zoom tool switches to a marquee version like XD).
Agree with you though, will file an issue.
Additionally you can use control + space to use the transient zoom tool and you can then click to zoom wherever you wish... (control-option-space for zoom out)... etc.
Are you on Mac or Windows? Can you elaborate and describe specifically what you are looking for and missing?
XD on Mac anyways has animated zoom with command/+ and command/- as well as zoom-to variants and interactive animated zoom with trackpad, mousewheel, etc.
