Select and resize different elements preserving its position from their own centers
Select and resize different elements proportionally while maintaining a fixed placement for each of them.
When selecting different elements, the action of increasing them is linked to the overall positioning of the entire selection, so when increasing the selection the objects leave their original positioning.

Currently editing any of the values in width, height, X, and Y fields scales and moves from the top left point.
e.g, if I change the size of a rectangle from 10 to 20, It will increase to the right.
Is it possible to have ways to do it from the property panel like Sketch does
