Customize Workspace
Just like most adobe tools, it's possible to customize your work space, would be great to have that in XD.

You should let the UIs can be dragged and dropped by users to change the sequence just like Zeplin, and create section structures to let user rearrange them, just like Zeplin.
If you want the number of users get higher, please focus on the user experience of XD and make it better.
Thank you.

XD team... seriously, how have you not allowed us to customize the XD interface yet? Does no one on your team use two monitors? No real, professional creatives on your team that enjoy the benefit of being able to put panels and tools wherever they want? No one on your UX team who's committed to quality of life changes? Speed? Efficiency?
XD is a tool for UX/UI professionals and somehow you don't have any UX/UI professionals championing for a better interface over there?!
For real, it's time. This is truly stupid.

Being able to customize our XD workspaces would help speed up out workflow in unimaginable ways. All the other major Adobe CC apps allow workspace editing and saving.

I want to be able to change the size of the font of the UI. Like other Adobe apps , like all the websites. Thanks to my eyes.

The interface of XD is far from great because it's too simple, not aligned with other Adobe tools we are used too, not flexible and not customizable and not friendly with people with eye troubles
Exemple :
• You can't move things around (tools on the left, inspector on the right)
• You can't make things bigger (like fonts in particular) -

As an Adobe XD user I need to be able to manage my workspace in regards to asset and library panels so I can work as efficiently as possible. (flipping back and forth between assets and libraries is extremely tedious. It's even worse having to swap between different libraries. I like to have my libraries by category)

I get that Xd is a new / different tool from inDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator — but completely prohibiting users from customizing their workspace / panel locations feels like a *glaring* oversight considering how well Adobe has implemented this in nearly ALL of their other apps. While it may facilitate faster deployment on Adobe's end, heavily limiting workspace customization is NOT an innovation nor a benefit to the user. In my opinion, it's the difference between apps made for professionals and apps made for average, non-savvy consumers (i.e. - every Apple app in recent memory). I realize Adobe's incentive to improve is low now that we're all beholden to their CC subscription — but they definitely can (and should) do better. Here's hoping the next major update includes proper workspaces.

We should be able to re-arrange the workspace, just like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

I totally agree we need an update focused on the GUI for XD.
I would like panels to be dockable and arrangeable like all other main Adobe CS products. I find annoying and a waste of time to continuously look left for the tools and move the mouse all the way to the right across my 27" screen to input values in the properties panel.

Please, please, please make a dark mode, etc. for Adobe XD. It's too bright for days on end.

Oh look, this thread is over a year old and Adobe has done ZERO to address this basic functionality. I notice that they found time to increase their prices though. LOL, what a joke.

Just like in Adobe Illustrator, there is the black back ground color. I can work over 2 hours or more and be find, in XD just one hour and I am done with that intensive white -grayish color. I am using Unity to do my work, since it supports black colors as backgrounds and also wire framing.

still new to XD, but working quickly with twin monitors, I want one monitor to be all workspace and the second one for all my UI elements.

It will be much better if we could customize the color of workspace. The current light gray feels too bright to work with all day.

XD really needs to have the ability to change the application background color like in Photoshop. Many of simply cannot use XD because the bright UI is way too harsh on the eyes.
Really want to use XD but can't until this feature is added.
