Internal note/comment feature for task and idea tracking

Sometimes, we are checking the whole design or we brainstorm it with someone else.
we need a place to take notes about a specific page or object to maybe modify it later.
A note or comment tool inside the app, is a great tool for designers to but some kind of reminders for themselves and attach a note to an object or artboard.

I need this feature each and every time that I have meetings with my colleague about the designs. I have to take notes on paper or some other apps. but it would be so helpful and productive to have such feature inside of Adobe XD.

    I think while working in an Xd document, you should be able to leave comments for team members similar to Figma. Internal comments would only show in the Xd document, separate from comments made on shared prototype designs. Currently, I have to create a text box and arrow indicator when reviewing designs for design feedback to my team.

    I don't these comments should be synced with the shared prototype comments by default, but maybe an option to sync prototype comments within the Xd doc can be a later iteration of this?

    I see the benefit of having an internal design team commenting system in Xd docs vs client-facing commenting in the prototypes.

    Adding notes/comments feature sometimes I make UX reviews and correct some existing designs and it would be super useful if I could leave comments both on design and prototype mode.

    As others commented, I keep notes about design decisions and interaction in a separate file but wish we had something like a PDF comment feature that can keep all those in one place.

    Cruel Intern Comments like "Bro that looks ******" while presenting to cstomers can be destroying while having an Presentation. Due The fact the hotfixing Links is Possible in Xd ist not unusual to work on already sent Prototypes, therefore I would wish to have for example
    /A separated Link for interns
    /A invited group (even without Adobbe Team) there comments are not shown in Public.
    / Intern Comments shown in application instead of the Link

    Sure. I want to add a comment to the developer to explain certain aspects of design and how the code should address it. But I cannot be making a call each time. It is tedious
