Text formatting
Where are the text formatting tools present on Photoshop and illustrator ?
- underline
- all in capital
- small capital
- superior/exponent
- inferior/sign
- barred
Even making a copy / paste formatting of the text isn't preserved.
Waiting for an answer from Adobe XD Team
Best regards

Correct line-height behaviour should also be added to this. Prioritised first even. You can get around a lot of the missing text formatting listed above but line-height has a huge effect on layout and how things are built.

Let's also add JUSTIFIED TEXT to this.

Character and paragraph controls like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be great!

-Indents
-Space before & after
-Bullets & numbers lists & styling for those!I find those even more important than fancy open type features. Because it would allow to do so much more with text within a single textbox. Then again that would require Paragraph styles in order to manage those things properly.

I have been bouncing from Illustrator to XD to do some of those basic things with text. I also hate when I start typing and realize I didn't set it to all caps, ahhhh. And there is no quick way to change it.
Please add the basic character controls from AI and PS.

My company needed a superscript and I had to create a new textbox, and resize it lol...

Yes, would be great.

I see a need for some of this, but recreating all of the functions of Photoshop AND Illustrator will make something more unusably complicated than both of them

Lots of feature requests roll up to this, overall much needed. I get that the engine used for displaying text has been rebuilt from the ground up, but the more we get better authoring/formatting, the more I'll be able to use this tool quickly.

Even a step further and making these formatting link to the Character Styles for extensive use.

Can I suggest this is taken a step further and allow us to access opentype features, alternate glyph sets, allow use of em, en, thin, and hair spaces.
