Rough Wireframe Toolkit
It would be great to have a 'sketch' UI toolkit (similar visually to Balsamiq), to allow for creating a wireframe with a focus on the content and workflows, rather than on execution of design and style (or the ability to toggle between the 2).
We have been working on a wireframe UI kit that you can now download and use! Check out the link: https://www.behance.net/gallery/55462459/Wires-wireframe-kits-for-Adobe-XD?sdid=51TC9144&mv=other

This feature is NOT completed. Intention is misunderstood by Elaine. It`s same like https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/13911108-wireframe-mode

Since this has been flagged as completed, without addressing the issue - even though some very (too) nice UI kits have been offered, it might be best to re-create this as a new feature request. If it hasn't already been done.

I 100% agree with Max von Gergerfelt. This has been a problem of UX design teams since 2010. Balsamiq solved it by designing the UI elements to look hand drawn. However, Balsamiq does not have clickable prototypes like XD does. I may just take this on myself and design a kit on Behance. We can't expect Adobe to do it. Unfortunately, their XD community is weaker than Sketch and InVIsion.

Having a rough feel toolkit/mode in Adobe DX will be critical for our UX team in order to switch from Balsamiq to your product. The reason we still use Balsamiq is b/c of the hand drawn/rough feel and fast workflow where details comes second and user flows and rough sketching ideas comes first. The link with the toolkit you provided as an answer makes me wonder if you even looked at Balsamiq.
To sum it up, we need a product that can produce "rough look/feel" sketches in order to make user testing (b/c if it feels "hand made" it is more likely the test subject will speak up about an issue rather than thinking the pruduct is "done"). Otherwise we can't go to the next step which is more hi fidelity mock ups.

I believe It's crucial to have rough sketches when presenting ideas in an early stage of the design process.
Williams idea is definitively critical for a possible switch to Adobe Experience Design CC. Please have a look at their integrated UI kit with rough visual elements to build quick mockups.
